Autoship Terms and Conditions

By enrolling in the Care Supply Autoship program (“Autoship”) on RCFEdirect.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Your use of the RCFEdirect.com website is also governed by our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RedBridge Distribution LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding the Autoship program. Please read them carefully.
1. Program Description
The Care Supply℠ Autoship program is designed to provide families with convenient, continuous shipments of high-quality medical-grade products, such as incontinence supplies and hygiene items, similar to wholesale club prices. This program supports our mission to give families more time with loved ones by eliminating the need for frequent shopping trips. Your delivery schedule ships monthly, shipping address, payment method, and the products included in your Autoship order. Products are selected to offer superior durability, reducing cleanup time and caretaker hours compared to consumer-grade alternatives.
2. Order Processing

Initial Order: Upon enrolling in the Autoship program, your first order will be processed immediately, and your selected payment method will be charged at the time of successful order checkout.

Subsequent Orders: Orders will be automatically created and processed according to the delivery schedule until you cancel your subscription.

Notifications: You will receive a pre-shipment email notification before each order is processed, typically up to 72 hours prior, allowing you to review and make changes to your order.

Order Changes: You can modify your Autoship order (e.g., adjust quantities, add/subtract items or quantity, or cancel the order) up to 48 hours before the scheduled ship date through the Autoship Manager in your account.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your Autoship subscription at any time by accessing the Autoship Manager in your RCFEdirect.com account or by contacting our Customer Service. Cancellation will take effect immediately, and no further orders will be processed unless you re-enroll.
4. Payment

Authorization: By enrolling, you authorize RedBridge Distribution LLC to charge your selected payment method for each Autoship order without further authorization until you cancel your subscription or update your payment method.

Charging Process: An authorization hold may be placed on your payment method prior to each shipment, and the charge will be processed when the order is shipped.

Total Cost: The total cost for each Autoship order includes the price of the items as listed on RCFEdirect.com at the time of order processing, plus any applicable shipping charges and taxes.

Payment Issues: If a payment cannot be processed, we will notify you to update your payment method. Failure to update may result in order delays, subscription cancellation or require a rush delivery fee after reasonable attempts to contact you.
5. Pricing

Price Changes: Product prices may vary over time due to market conditions or supplier costs. The price charged for each Autoship order will be the price in effect on RCFEdirect.com at the time the order is processed.

Taxes and Shipping: Applicable sales taxes and shipping charges will be added to each order based on the shipping destination and current rates.

No Guaranteed Discounts: While Autoship aims to offer medical-grade products at wholesale club prices, additional discounts are not guaranteed and may vary based on product availability or promotions.
6. Shipping and Product Availability

Shipping Restrictions: Autoship orders are shipped only to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to PO boxes or international addresses.

Product Availability: Subscriptions are fulfilled while supplies last, and product availability is not guaranteed. If a product is unavailable, we will notify you and may suggest alternatives or adjust your order accordingly.

Delivery Schedules: You can select delivery frequencies that best suit your needs, and we strive to meet these schedules, though delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, supply chain issues).
7. Returns
Returns for Autoship orders are subject to the RCFEdirect.com Return Policy. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact Customer Service promptly to arrange a refund or replacement at no additional cost. Opened or used medical products have specific return restrictions due to health and safety regulations.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on RCFEdirect.com. Your continued participation in the Autoship program after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may cancel your subscription as outlined in Section 3.
9. Additional Terms

Personal Use: Your Autoship subscription is personal and may not be assigned or transferred without our prior written consent. Your account may be co-managed by you and your contracted care facility. It is your sole responsibility to maintain security of your account password and sharing that password with your contracted facility. Your account password should not be one you use for other personal accounts.

Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your subscription at any time without notice, in which case you will only be charged for orders that have been shipped.

Void Where Prohibited: The Autoship program is void where prohibited by law.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures to fulfill Autoship orders due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or supply chain disruptions.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
